Katie Landress

Front Office Manager (Clermont)

Katie currently serves as our front office manager where she handles scheduling, sends for authorizations, checks insurance eligibility, and remembers everyone and everything for the company.If you ever have a question, it's likely Katie knows the answer. She holds a Bachelor Degree in Psychology from Emmanuel College and is a native of Clermont.  She currently resides locally with her husband of four years and adorable daughters Lori Beth and Jolie.


Sarah Funderburke

Clinic Operations Manager

Sarah Funderburke grew up in Warner Robins, GA and graduated from Warner Robins High School.  She received a B.B.A. in Management from Georgia College and State University.  Sarah has been married to the love of her life for 17 wonderful years and they have three children that keep them on their toes!  After staying at home with her children for 10 years she decided a job with a few hours a week could be just what she needed to get back into the workforce.  Little did she know 8 hrs a week would turn into a 40 hour work week and a new career  that she loves!  Whether it's posting insurance payments, billing, managing accounts, payroll, or bookkeeping Ability has plenty to keep her busy.  "I'm so thankful for every day I get to work at Ability and with all of the wonderful people here!  I am one of the few people who can say I love where I work.


Rachel Gailey

Front Office (Clermont)

Rachel serves at the front desk in our Clermont location, working on insurance verification, scheduling, and answering any questions you may have. Rachel has a heart to serve others, and she often takes care of donations and has contacts through out the community that meet clothing, food and other needs of some of our patients. When she is not at Ability you can find her spending time with her four precious children or serving in some way be it at church or the homeless shelter. Rachel firmly believes that what we do at Ability is Kingdom Work, knowing that God will be glorified by each act of service and every child we help.


Sandra Haynes

Office Staff, Clermont

Sweet Sandra works as front office staff at our Clermont location. In addition to her work here at Ability, Sandra has numerous years of experience with Hall County Schools where she served within the special education department. Mrs. Haynes is the matriarch of Muddy-H farms and can be found loving on her sweet grandbabies when not at work.


Lois Sands

Authorizations Manager (Cornelia)

Lois joined Ability after years spent working with the state's early intervention program, Babies Can't Wait. She has extensive knowledge of family resources in the area and is a helpful friend to all who enter our office. Lois primarily works out of the Cornelia office part time, while also enjoying her retired life at home tending to her flowers and doting on her family.


Hannah Spain

Office Staff, Cornelia

Hannah is from Gainesville, Ga. She is currently in school pursuing a career in speech pathology. She has an amazing 2 year old little boy who is the highlight of her life. She has been with Ability for a year and is so thankful God opened this door.

Hannah Hudgins


Hannah received her undergraduate degree in Political Science, graduating Magna Cum Laude from the University of North Georgia. She is currently furthering her education at the University of North Georgia again where she will graduate this May 2021 with her Master’s in Public Administration. She developed a passion for helping children after interning with a child attorney/advocate during her time in undergrad.  She is happy to be working towards making sure that insurance companies are covering and approving the services that kids require in order to thrive.


Emma Smith

Front Office (Gainesville)

Emma works in the front office of our Gainesville location. She graduated from the University of North Georgia with a Bachelor's degree in Spanish language and business. She currently lives in downtown Dahlonega and enjoys getting outside whenever she can, whether that means going on a hike, having a cup of coffee on the front porch, or going on a drive through the North Georgia mountains. She is excited to be a part of the Ability team and use her language skills to serve the Gainesville community
